Are we cursing the Same God?

If we (Hindus) read our scripts it clearly says that God (Brahman) is one who is formless, never begotten, is Omniscient, Omnipresent, Incorporeal, Independent, Creator. He is eternal and unchangeable. He is immanent and transcendent, as well as full of love and justice.

In Islam: the name Allah is the supreme and all-comprehensive divine name, and all other divine names are believed to refer back to Allah. Allah is unique, the only Deity, creator of the universe and omnipotent. He neither begot anyone, nor was he begotten.

Christianity and Judaism: In Judaism, God is described as father as he is said to be the creator, life-giver, law-giver, and protector. In traditional Christianity God is called Father for the same reasons, and also as the father of Jesus. In general, the title Father (capitalized) signifies God’s role as the life-giver, the authority, and powerful protector, often viewed as immense, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent with infinite power and charity that goes beyond human understanding.

Sikhism: One Universal Creator God, The Name Is Truth, Creative Being Personified, No Fear, No Hatred, No Image, The Timeless One, Beyond Birth, Self Existent.

To summarize, we all are believing in one supreme power “The God” one calls it Brahman, other Allah and the rest the Father.

And yet, we keep cursing calling it your God and our God. There is nothing as your God or My God. He is just God. The Hindu curses on Islam and Christianity, Muslims curse on Hindu gods and the Christians do the same in return. Each of us calls the respective path being followed is a false religion. It’s like you praise a person in one attire and curse when he in a different one. One never tries to realize that the person is one and is stuck to illusion called attire. Many have and many will get drowned without realizing this.
